Data Center Construction

PT. Dharma Satya Nusantara (Temanggung)

Design and Construction of a Data Center Facility with 12 Server Racks.
This project involved the complete design and development of a data center infrastructure with a capacity of 12 server racks. The scope of work included the following key components:

Installation of Power and Cooling Systems: Deployment of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to ensure continuous power availability, installation of two 100 KVA diesel generators for backup power, and setup of a precision cooling system using Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units to maintain optimal operating temperatures.

Fire Protection: Integration of a Fire Suppression System using NOVEC 1230, a clean agent fire extinguishing solution designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment without causing damage.

Raised Floor System: Construction of a raised flooring structure to facilitate efficient cable management, airflow distribution, and future scalability of the data center.

Security Systems: Implementation of physical security measures, including a closed-circuit television (CCTV) surveillance system and an Access Door Control System to restrict unauthorized entry and enhance overall facility security.

This project was delivered in accordance with industry best practices and standards for data center design, ensuring high availability, reliability, and safety.

Data Center Maintenance

PT. Bina Karya Prima (Jakarta)

Maintenance of Infrastructure Systems for an 8-Rack Server Data Center.
This project focused on the routine maintenance and performance optimization of key infrastructure components supporting a data center with 8 server racks. The scope of work included:

Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS): Regular inspection, testing, and servicing of UPS units to ensure stable and reliable power delivery during outages or power fluctuations.

Precision Air Conditioning (PAC/CRAC): Maintenance of the Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) systems to ensure optimal cooling efficiency and temperature control within the server room environment.

Fire Suppression System (FM200): Scheduled checks and functional tests of the FM200 clean agent fire suppression system to ensure readiness in case of fire emergencies, while preserving sensitive IT equipment

Electrical Panels: Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical panels to maintain safe and efficient power distribution throughout the facility.

CCTV Surveillance System: Monitoring, servicing, and calibration of the CCTV system to ensure uninterrupted security coverage of the data center.

Access Door Control System: Maintenance of the access control system, including software and hardware components, to ensure secure and controlled entry to restricted areas.

This maintenance work was carried out following industry standards to guarantee the reliability, safety, and operational continuity of the data center infrastructure.

Data Center Equipment Maintenance for 8 Server Racks.
This project involved the ongoing maintenance of critical infrastructure in a data center supporting 8 server racks. A key focus area was:

Fire Suppression System (FM200): Conducting scheduled quarterly inspections and maintenance of the fire suppression system to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. The scope also included troubleshooting and repairing any identified issues to maintain system reliability and readiness in case of fire-related incidents.

This maintenance was carried out as part of a preventive strategy to ensure the continuous protection of sensitive IT equipment and uphold the operational integrity of the data center environment.
